CONSTRUCTION UPDATES
The pavilion siding and the underground plumbing have been recently completed. Installation of the roofing has begun, and the slab on grade is prepped and ready for the first concrete pour.
Upcoming work includes pouring the concrete slab on grade in two pours, insulating the pavilion walls, wall framing, livestock roofing, and insulation, and starting the exterior utilities.
The jobsite has been graded and graveled in preparation for the building, and the foundation is complete. The pre-engineered metal building and building insulation have been delivered and stored onsite. Underground utility rough-in is underway, and the building installation has begun.
Impending work includes completing the underground utility rough-in and continuing the building installation. Once the building is enclosed and heated, the pavilion concrete slab will be poured.
